WFH facility was good at the time of COVID.

Poor work-life balance. Very low job security. Worst HR facility. Very low salary hike. There are no fixed working hr. You can get work related call at any time even on the week off.

Good for freshers. Good Company to work in at the initial years. Appraisals are good if you're managers are supportive

...s a week, Sometimes may need to work on Sundays as well. Politics in appraisal. Salary hike is not satisfactory for freshers/Juniors.

Work culture is great it's a certified great place to work. There are plenty growth opportunities for the right candidate, there are numerous learning platforms available and it's encouraged by management.

Dislikes

Salary should be increased. And work days can be reduced from 6 to 5.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality service and has good client base. As a result i get to build up national capacities into variable model and get to learn more. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is decent, but compensation is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes

Warehousing work is too poor, No one has idea what's going on management, Hiring and firing frequently, Warehouse incharge has to work alone whole day from 6 am to 11 pm, Managers taking their hands away.
