Work life balanced in this company, and you got your salary and other benefits on time to time. This is a good part of this company.

Dislikes

No job security. They will fire you on a single call. From Last to till date more then 15k persons are fired from this Company. During the promotion period your boss is one of the main person who played the main role in your promotion.

Salary On Time. They offer more package than industry to entice employees from better companies

The entire company runs on the whims of the founders. Solely dependent on the available funding, they close any project any time without any consult or intimation with team members. Its just a horrible company where career goes to die.

No proper work timings. Organization expect you work 24 hours for them. No proper thought process of the upper management. They only there to delegate. Toxic culture. No proper career progress plan.

Here is problem that we faced ,the salary thing...we got the salary in late...
