No job security. They will fire you on a single call. From Last to till date more then 15k persons are fired from this Company. During the promotion period your boss is one of the main person who played the main role in your promotion.

Very Low compensation. Egoistic developers , zero help from team. Zero job security, layoffs without any reason. Crappy codebase. Zero documentation. No skill development , the framework used by them is used by only handful of companies it is of no use in future career.
