Very poor experience in ER, you have to lost your 70% salary for achieving monthly target, Senior managers don't have any experience in Fmcg industry( only barking in vc )but they continue giving you pressure for put your own money to achieve daily targets, your city manager position is only on paper actually you have to work as a salesman.... disaster company

I'm a city manager of this company. In this company, you have to work by putting money from your own salary in the market. Local management does not help at all. Local management always force to adjust money to bring business. Also, the price of all products in this company is very high. That's why you have to bring more money to the business. There is no job security in this company. There is no work life balance. West Bengal local management is very bad and they always demotivate you. From morning 7 o'clock to night 11:30 o'clock, meeting with everyone about work for no reason, demotivates everyone. Also local management fired you from work without any notice or reason. Local management forces people for their own interests to work with money in the market. They always abuse City Managers in their calls or meeting. The company culture is very bad. Do not join in this company, will ruin your own future.

Man, from where to start. 1. No clear cut vision to grow from top mgt, they decide to do one thing a day next day plan changes. 2. No market working strategy. 3. Abusive language of boss gets intoxicated and do vc and speak foul words

City manager has to pay the price difference from his pocket and the area sales manager are also pressuring for difference payment from pocket to achieve Targets...one of the worst thing to pay from pocket
