No job security. They will fire you on a single call. From Last to till date more then 15k persons are fired from this Company. During the promotion period your boss is one of the main person who played the main role in your promotion.

Salary is on time, no one disturbs you when you are on leave or Holidays. Good place to learn and implement the same.

Dislikes

Company is very unpredictable. You will get a brief and road map about the plan and very next day same get changed. So all your hard work gose for toss, but you have to complete the new plan within previous deadline. You don't have any job security.

Salary Structure Incentive changed every month product rate is too much high than market Company Increase target day by day and sales pressure is too High , Management team is unable to solve your market and distribution related issue

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Health insurance, benefits not given by me.
