No job security. They will fire you on a single call. From Last to till date more then 15k persons are fired from this Company. During the promotion period your boss is one of the main person who played the main role in your promotion.

Seniors and managers don't respond to their team, have No job Security, and the Retention rate is very low, Very rate on Lay-off in the last year almost 1500+ employees were asked to leave by the company. If some has 2 offers please choose the other company instead of ElasticRun.

Salary is on time, no one disturbs you when you are on leave or Holidays. Good place to learn and implement the same.

Company is very unpredictable. You will get a brief and road map about the plan and very next day same get changed. So all your hard work gose for toss, but you have to complete the new plan within previous deadline. You don't have any job security.

The entire company runs on the whims of the founders. Solely dependent on the available funding, they close any project any time without any consult or intimation with team members. Its just a horrible company where career goes to die.
