Nothing, actually Elan has been just there to add more problems rather than solving or helping with anything. The company is inconsiderate the management is super oblivious about their employees. It’s nothing but a sad story that nobody would want to be a part of.

Dislikes

There is a lot if politics and diplomacy. There’s no one who would listen or be considerate, the senior management will do nothing but lie to you.

No job security. Extremely unprofessional seniors/leaders. Suffocation HR policies. Strict timings. Non collaborative teams. Regular and frequent layoffs with no logic reasons. Weekly off as per team leaders mercy. Extremely rude and over confident HR head. Less work, more politics. No learnings.

Likes

I like how management pays attention to each and every employee to the littlest detail be it if in trouble or if it is related to a good thing. They are very down to earth, supportive infact transparent in a nutshell. Also, there is Job security, opportunities, growth. Hard work pays off well and it sure does get recognition at Elan. Can’t think of working anywhere else other than at Elan. Fortunate to be a part of Elan Family.

To be honest, currently I have nothing to dislike about. I am enjoying working here at Elan and focusing on making memories and giving my best
