Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Well, our company is reimbursing our travel bills which help us a lot in pandemic situation as travelling is quite expensive here comparative to my salary. Working hours are flexible though due to work we have to stay back and keep our things on track.

Everything is good, people are good and supportive. My personally feedback is for salary slab and position/ designation as salary should be defined as per work handled by an employee ( for example: if there are 3 people in a team except CM and 2 people are getting good salary or more than one and that one person is handling the more business or departments. I might be wrong!!! No offence! Else, everything is great and people are very good.

A lot of politics and management is bias. Being a Spanish company spanish are always right no matter how wrong they are. No matter how good you are at your work, it always depends on spanish people.
