...k. Please beware of there recruiter too like prashant Harry and Sonal choudhary. Both are thugs and they promise you all sort of things like we care of employies like family and we give best salary and benefit. they can layoff you in blink so better join better organization.

unprofessinal behavior from CEO sam and megha. During joining they promisse x salary later offer revised and ask me to join after i resign. no work. no project. no employ polices, they module the employee policy everyday.

Management team lacks professionalism. Poor decision making capabilities which is impacting the growth of the company. Very very less annual leaves compared to the IT market. Not an employee oriented company.

Dnt join this company, this is lala company with no ethics. No future here no projects and work. Time wasting mental tourture ask you to work on legacy application. Small team of 10-20 people but on portal they mentioned 200 people in pune

Upper management maintains high standards And expects all decisions tobe 100% perfect and spot on, Management is very strict hence employees are not able to open up and convey their concerns if any, Sometimes management act like dominated, Rely on a single client, don't have Plan B, Company assign more than one project and at the time of evaluation they gives negative feedbacks, Favouritism, Management gives more attention and privileges to some teams
