No job security they can terminate whenever they want irrespective of your position. Also after leaving they spread rumours about the employee so that he/she couldn't get any job. They also give negetive feedback to other institutions about the employee.

There is no job security as a teacher there for you but as management they will make sure & you have to sign a bond of min a year so that they can be safe & no any securities of your side complete selfish decisions & policies..

Dislikes

There is not a single team out there working for Ekalavya school but small departments working for their own growth... No combine work or no unity....

Likes

The school is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team Eklavya.One more plus point is that many staff members come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the self appraisal policy of the school.

Dislikes

As per the limit of my post as an academic section head, sometimes I have to take back my suggestions. There is lack of on - job training for freshers, hence I have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

it is great to work there, students are co-operative friendly nature, teachers are good

students are have to focus on all the things, before coming to the court students came late to the court. but overall its a great experience..

Its a nice place to work ,the mates were very helpful and environment is very friendly that you can do your job without pressure and with free mind.... I love working here as bosses are very helpful...
