There is no job security as a teacher there for you but as management they will make sure & you have to sign a bond of min a year so that they can be safe & no any securities of your side complete selfish decisions & policies..

Even constantly working in lockdown situation also in last year March april & put my 2.5 yr old baby with her grandparents still no appreciation & at that time no time limit of working at all... This is something very disappointing.. you have no value...

The school is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team Eklavya.One more plus point is that many staff members come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the self appraisal policy of the school.

As per the limit of my post as an academic section head, sometimes I have to take back my suggestions. There is lack of on - job training for freshers, hence I have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
