Nothing like in this company, oh it's not even a company.

Dislikes

Oh it's not even a company, initially they give offer letter like full time after 3 months they convert into a 1 month contract, and they tell story like they gonna test our performance later they gonna convert back into full time, don't belive this mean time get complete the task and throw out. This happens for all the employees. Don't even think to join this company that gonna spoil your time and effort then they give you mental trauma.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
