Nothing as such. At the beginning everything will be good but after a while everyone come to know about the facts and figures.

Dislikes

Most third class department is the HR department. No support from HR. they just want us to work like donkeys but in return when you talk about salary hike or job security they don't even reply to messages even they don't respond to calls. Second is the management. They never focus on the ground teams. Ground teams who is working in off roll TL no benefit for them is provided. Infact no bonus nothing.

Work pressure, metrics, hub leader responsible for all things Like - fire safety, hiring part, health and safety, roads safety, office assets , etc

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of one year before which you can't resign. On the training is not given to New joinees.

...ment is transparent. Thereis is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is excellent job but only agreement based. Good salary for Freshers and good environment. To growth our knowledge and learning to new ideas. And my role is to control the HUB station.
