There is nothing that I like about working for Instakart, except that the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

They keep us in a lot of trouble at Flipkart, even if the work is completed, we have to do other work, the operations manager does not behave properly, even the HRBP does not understand the work properly and his way of talking is not correct at all, and the TL and Hub incharge of the hubs also behave like complete fools.

Likes

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

Dislikes

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.

The company, Walmart, is excellent. However, the Indian higher management lacks an understanding of the ground challenges faced by the team. They implement the SOP without any discussion with the ground team, and when difficulties arise, they place the blame on them.

a lack of work-life balance due to long hours and high pressure, frequent organizational changes, limited growth opportunities in certain roles, a sometimes disorganized work culture, heavy workload, concerns regarding pay and benefits compared to market standards, and uneven treatment between direct hires and third-party payroll employees; with many citing issues regarding management and team dynamics as well.

As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Dislikes

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).
