They never share the exact JD before joining and the KRAs will keep charging month on month and 3 people work is expected to be done by one single person. Being a trainer you'll also have to do admin job of calling your students for almost every things. It could be asking for documents, shortage of attendance and any other requirements. You will have to do full-time trainer role than create a report of daily, weekly and monthly basis even if the batches are not starting on time you have to make fake reports. In data collection too, your manager and head will pressurize you to create fake data by editing on photoshop. As they have yo share that data to the government. Above all you are expected to do min. Of two company tie-up each month. The manager will never support but will support his favorite person all the time. You don't have any cabin to sit in. And if raised a question you'll be asked to compromise. The class capacity is max 30 students but they will make batches of 50 students but no need to worry as out of 60 only 10-15 will come to class. If you serve the company the way they want, it will go better but as soon as you raised any question you are put under EDP/PIP without and decided time frame or guidance. And they will fire or hire you based on their personal opinions. Your talent and experience doesn't even count. Even the manager and higher authorities competencies is questionable.

They are the managers who don't want to listen to their employees and eventually you'll have to be an employee who has nothing to say. They will also not provide you with any provision period and the notice period is of three months. The appraisal is worst and sometimes you won't even get any is questioned they have a set of things to say dismissing your question. Also they never reply to any queries. Always try to fool around. Anyone in the team or at higher positions are not trust worthy. All are fake people just trying to make sure you suffer. They do not provide and cab services saying it is not a company policy and even do not pay for any other travel. The company initially shows it has a great environment, they will say they are gonna take you for vacations and partying though later they will deduct the money for such things and even no such outings will happen.
