The HR department is difficult to work with, and roles within the company are not clearly defined. Additionally, there’s a significant gap between what is discussed during interviews and the actual job responsibilities, leading to mismatched expectations.

Region based office politics (Salary increment, Variable Pay based on politics), Everyone is proving that who is best and Nearest to his boss for promotion and increment. Very much less job security.

Politics. Team made up of thrown out old aged people from other OEM's. No motivation. Worst Environment. Worst Office Politics. People who have been working here since 10-15 years, they act like a boss, no one can go against them, if they do any rude/stupid/shameful/hateful behaviour. If you talk against HR, next day HR will remove you from company. They are taking it personally instead of taking it corporate culture.

Work and life balance. As being a part of it I am dedicated to my work but some how due to huge working load I am not able to spend time with my family as we are being in only work mode handling all work holic problem whole day. We are also working extra in relation with our working period. And as we having near about of time into it and due to work-life balance has became a major problem into personal life as not able to even sort with it... Even on weekdays holidays sometimes we are working as these are days only we can maintain our work-life balance and Will have some time with them also. I hope organisation will understand this situation.... "As being dedicated to work is quite good, but not more than mental health"

Overall company rule & regulation ,safety,management is excellent. Company growth is biggest. New product & quality great.

My salary is low 10 year experience done production & overall his organisation 7year complete doing work.
