No value for the honest employees Easily get into perception by listening to irrelevant people Trust only the time spent at work which is completely inaccurate One cannot raise any concern, just listen and work. For anyone going for Billing team profile, it's a mess, total mess the management doesn't care about you at all you just have to work work and work day and night.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
