Cheap politics Targeting people to terminate No proper plan while recruiting but directly cut people without thinking. No value for the honest employees Easily get into perception by listening to irrelevant people Trust only the time spent at work which is completely inaccurate One cannot raise any concern, just listen and work. For anyone going for Billing team profile, it's a mess, total mess the management doesn't care about you at all you just have to work work and work day and night.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
