I am working in einfochips almost 3 years and i find 0 learning in this organization, also salary structure is very low, and upper management is vary bad, they always think benefits of company not employees

... technologies and earn experience. Management is very humble and approachable. Good in terms of pay scale, work-life balance and company culture.

only dislike I feeel is some projects are not following standard execution practices.

will get a chance to learn niche technology during day to day work. got a change to work on IOT based projects perfect performance evaluation five grades and feedback to employee every quarterly so he can view his benchmark hike percentages was not so good bug far better as compare to top MNC

should design pay scale in such manner that employee can take more advantage of tax benefit,

They good amount of project in different technologies from embedded to front end technology. WFH option is available as per the project depency. Internal training are available for new technologies. Compensation is average.

Salary is decent but most of the project are new technologies. So if required on job training is provided. Some time it's difficult to manage work life balance.

Best company to learn new things daily. Working on cutting-edge technology which helps employees to grow their carriers. Flexi hours and work from home facility allows employees to work anytime from anywhere. Ideas from anyone considered by seniors. Anyone can easily talk to higher management. Good HR policies helps employees to keep work life balance. Less interference from seniors and no micro-management helps developers to work with free mind and they can implement their own ideas.

Compare to market salary is low. Company hires outsiders with high pay but do not rise internal employees pay. Many times policy changes from person to person.
