...ave to pay 5 lakhs which is too much I guess Not having proper canteen facility. And about salary and growth I would suggest avg. One more highliting point i would like to tell is that einfochips head office is in ahemdabad and mostly this company is more into favour of gujrathis and marwadi's..i wont say entirely but many people who are at higher post are gujjus and marwari like 75% i would say..And no happy work environment..every single time you'll be under some immense botheration... To be honest my experience with einfochips was pathetic..joining einfochips was the worst part of life..!If you're experienced person have more than 15 yrs of exp this company is for you..and if you're gujju it will be a cherry on a cake! :)

As a company, its a good place with good people in Pune. Cant say the same about other locations.

Dislikes

Company is a very poor pay master, seems more interested in just taking your money than paying you properly, all that is agreed and on time. One of the first companies in my life which doesnt pay on the month end, dont know what they save by delaying payments. Its supposed to be an Arrow owned company, but sadly Arrow is missing from everything including HR practices, benefits, business and everywhere. There is no hope of Arrow ever taking up the company and bringing it to what it can really be - A world class organization.

... fresher's training. Work environment is friendly and work-life balance is good. Compensation and employee benefits are average.

Dislikes

Not much focus on specific technologies and licensed tools, lot of projects run only till concept development. Lack of employee training and benefits.

No Salary hike. No Promotion. Working weekends. No Learning growth. Office Politics. No Diwali Gift. Cost Cutting by stopping Water at Canteen, poor lift service, No Tissues in Office on every Thursday.
