I am working in einfochips almost 3 years and i find 0 learning in this organization, also salary structure is very low, and upper management is vary bad, they always think benefits of company not employees

For freshers it's good learning opportunities, stress can be more but at the same time you learn also. For senior or lead position it is totally depend on your project and team because for the same project with different team you may see different work-life balance. The management is transparent.

Dislikes

The work culture needs to be improved. Importantly salary benefits are not as per industry standards.

If you are a fresher and you are not belongs to Ahmedabad then you must see the partiality and you are not able to get any good Project even if you are capable so my advice for you ia please don’t join if you have any other job

No salary delay. Chance to go abroad if you can make good relation. Good medical insurance policy. Flexible working hours but you have to spent average 13-14 hours.

...le work environment for me as too much corporate politics. No work life balance. You have to lose 10% your variable salary component if you have not completed financial year. Employee have to work 24*7 and don't applies leave. No transparency.

... fresher's training. Work environment is friendly and work-life balance is good. Compensation and employee benefits are average.

Dislikes

Not much focus on specific technologies and licensed tools, lot of projects run only till concept development. Lack of employee training and benefits.
