For freshers it's good learning opportunities, stress can be more but at the same time you learn also. For senior or lead position it is totally depend on your project and team because for the same project with different team you may see different work-life balance. The management is transparent.

The work culture needs to be improved. Importantly salary benefits are not as per industry standards.

...e is good but have lots of internal politics due to which employee get suffered. Salary structure is very confusing and not clear. Company policies are ok ok not the best.
