Everything is good in this company but some time if you work header on any project and after accomplished to watched by boss then it is ok always gave to moral down and learning criteria is depends to your self study.

All you need from a company is a stress free environment, your personal space, professional growth and job security. I have no doubt in saying that eighteen pixels has stood up to all my expectations. We have parties and fun, lots of celebration. Best company to work in.

Unprofessional attitude and employee-unfriendly policies of management towards employees. The same can be said for their work ethics. They won't give you any document and keep on making excuses and delaying.
