Lot if internal politics in a team People are working from long time so they dint accept change easily Very flat hierarchy at org level Some manager have very bad attitude

It's good for beginners. Fixed shift for eight hours, no rotational shifts, cab and food facilities are there. Five days working. It's not BPO or call center. Not much work pressure. While working one can pursue learning other skills as two fixed days off in weekend.

Salary hike not much. Opportunities for internal job postings are very low.

Culture of Egon Zehnder is amazing. You are working with some of the finest minds in the industry and that exposure is just amazing.

Salary, perks, too much inequality in pay for same roles across organization

Pay is decent that’s the only best part.

Ah! Worked as IT analyst L2 -micro management. if you don’t ‘appease’ the managers, good luck -pathetic work culture, you will feel like BPO -More politics then Russian Ukraine conflict -No promotions, even if you are skilled -Mediocre skill development, good if you got 1-2 work ex Not a ‘positive’ work culture, will make you think 10 times before saying something.

A good company with good policies and culture. Work and learning wise its good too.

The management could been better as the people who have been at places from a lomg time tend to do things their own way rather than following the process.
