No job security.if ur pm wants to join his person for this job.then u will loose ur job.company not keeping senior employee.after project completion,they will not giving transfer option.simply they will remove u.

...management is transparent.This is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thare is lot of policies but management doesn't address our issues. Some times it's difficult to communicate employees problems with management.

Site teammates were very supportive though Coordination between site and H.O staff is very poor.
