Technology growth for sure, Opportunities to work with multiple projects, Good work like balance, Culture, supportive HR team, and Technical leadership, promotions for hard work, spot awards, Employee Engagement activities, Flexible timings, and not mandatory to work from the office its a total employee choice. The best part is they provide lunch everyday :)
