There is no job security here; employees can lose their jobs at any time without warning.The work culture is poor, and many employees have been terminated without just cause, often with the justification that they were not performing adequately, even when that may not have been true.I've had a very negative experience working here. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
