...gs which helped me alot.For freshers it is the best place to start their career.Its a medium scale company so,the compensation will be normal. I had gone through agreement for 2.5 years . during my tenure I was satisfied with the work.The main thing in efftronics is human relations,every employee is soo good and you will get best colleagues here.

Employee bond for 3 years Salary cutting on the name of caution deposit No promotions No decent hikes No appreciations

No career growth,3 year's bond, u have to give your original certificates, and company will hold the one third of your salary for 2.5 years, no proper increments, but technicical knowledge is good. Good staff, average standards.

Poor salary, strict rules , but poor management
