....5 years before you cannot resign. Some site conditions are really hard to work. Low salaries.

I would like to work in the company instead of as service engineer because of innovation in various products and leading company as data logger provider in India...

...ir company,because of politics they don't see the reality what happens at sites.over journey and low salary and salaries also late as on 12-20 of every month sometimes onnce or twice in 1st week..they charge 48 k if any employees breaks two and half year bond .no career growth,more difficult to balance...

Overall experience with efftronics very bad very low sal no increments but work 24/7 even low salary waste management took every month 15 may exceed last also

Waste management and waste work life becomes spoil.

No freedom for service engineer ,does not provide basic good salary and worst bond periods , shame full salary couldn't told any officers.
