Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...nfact company superior is too good person as a human being, very kind in nature. During Covid lockdown, company had given the 50% of salary. Not that much work load. Overall, company is supportive till now.

Dislikes

Salary is too low and career growth is almost negligible. Not that much quality of work available for each individual. Work culture isn't good. Little transportation issue to reach office as there is too much traffic on the road.

They keep Saturday and Sunday OFF, you have to work 48 hr in a week.

Dislikes

... of quite the job they don't give relieving letter and experience certificate. They deduct the salary time to time at the name of anything.

Nothing to like in this company. You will loss yourself if you will work here.

Dislikes

They used to take advantage helpless employees, take sign on the bond papers for more than 3 years. Increment is also not much. company is so selfish.
