As an employee of EFRAC I have to say the salary and other allowances were on time even during the COVID period and the company has future goals which also improves the career of an employee.

Strict timings and working hours are too long.

The disciplined approach towards time-table. Timely entry , timely lunch break , timely day closure , and not much of follow up , after working hours , unless extremely necessary. 6 days working , but no stretched working hours. A very sporting and helpful Sales and Business Development team , our colleagues of the same functional domain -- where work culture is what we believe in and drive ourselves, and not what the conpany insists us on doing.

Dislikes

Everything other than the discipline part , are disliked by everybody. Salary deduction on taking leaves , deduction on coming late , no support from senior management , no training on hands on approach , no guidance. All alone in the sea of possibilities , but with Zero success , no support from the entire service team , no straight forward communication about company.

Lab equiped with top notch analytical instruments like LCMS,GCMS HRMS, HPLC etc. Overall Infrastructure is really good. For freshers it's a perfect place for learning and skill development.

1. Not to given proper salary. 2. I was there for 4 months but they are not given you the appointment letter. 3. One side contract will signed. You will not get that paper. 4. At the time of interview, they told me they have a bus facilities which was free but at the time of salary they deduct it from your salary. When you asked them, they simply denied it.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are moderate, appraisals are fair and gives poor salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 5 years before which you can not resign
