This is a startup branch of k12 techno services and has the worst work culture, people in team always blame others and there is no proper structure in the company. No national level or zonal level meetings happens quarterly even on online. What ever your reporting manager tries to cook up thats being communicated to top level. The problem is with structure of company. No discipline in travel plan, employees are allowed to burn company cash on frequent visit without proper agenda and appointment No strategy plan, no importance is given to customers satisfaction or product development or services,managers are trained to blame teachers to school management which is main reason for the loss in renewal counts Reimbursement will get delayed for 15 days, but manager will ask you to travel. You will be ending up spending from your pocket for those 15 days There is no mesures to check the gound reality by company, what ever the regional heads cooks up and submit as report that's taken as record and they don't have vision for 5 to 10 yeras service plan All meeting will be discussed on how to get next order, next point of delivery and service will not be listed in the point to be discussed, a company who only focus on getting orders and forgets about service. Thats why the company is in loss and will get closed in a year. Those are looking for long-term job, pls don't choose this company. It will affect your career path. They hire other edtech company emploees just to get contacts and new orders. Trust me if you refer this company to old customers you will lose your credibility Overall, the hire you will good salary package but can fire you at any point once they utilize your skills and efforts. As a company they failed for a long term business plan and try to run business with unskilled and unethical regional and zonal team who are actually not trained to do business or frame a long term business plan
