...h personal and professional way. There are 5 times and total of 50-60 employees. No appraisals will be conducted in this organisation and salary will be revised for each and every year. Salary hike will be based on your performance in terms, you must show up 200% instead of 100%.

Overall good experience with my teammates...because of some people the working culture became worst nightmare . Some people think they are the CEO of the company and they use the power in a wrong way and director have no clue at all.
