Im writing the experience that i have faced with this company: I got a campus ambassador opportunity(online) to work at edustation company from Zuno by Foundit with a pay of 8000/- per month. So i had a call with the company representative and he mentioned my work is to explain about their organization and the courses they are doing and an internship program which is in collaboration with IIT Kanpur and create a WhatsApp group and add interested people from my university to it and then they he said their team will process the other works. i have joined on March 20, 2023. So i contacted the representative regarding my salary on April 20 after a month, he replied it will be on next month's salary cycle i.e. May 10, 2023.I waited, then he kept on extending the date like telling me tomorrow, today. So it went up to May 20 then i completed my 2-month internship and they have to pay me 16000/- + my internship certificate. After this when im asking the representative has blocked my number then i mailed directly to the Hr team from which I got the offer letter. At first i have said them briefly all the things that happened then they replied me back as:From your leads we haven't received any sales(which has to be done by the team)then only we can pay you.I have asked back is it a communication gap between your team and representatives(as representative told me my job is to explain people and add them into WhatsApp group)i mailed them along with the screenshot of their representative Whatsapp Chat too that he telling extra benifits that are being mentioned in the offer letter are excluding 8000/-... from that day(May 23) i haven't received any mail back from them. so i confirmed okay they are just fake scam company which collect information from us and loot time from people to work on them and doesn't even pay for the work you do nor gives you a certificate for the internship. I took the time to write my experience with this company to make other people know how the company people are!!!
