However, less than 5% of students have secured any jobs, and many didn't even get internships. Despite the company's promises, most students, primarily from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, ended up with significant debt. As the loans were processed using students' and their parents' documents, banks are now pursuing repayments, leading to bounced EMIs every month. The course, which was sold for 3 lakh rupees, is available for a fraction of the price (around 5,000 rupees) on other platforms. The company misled both students and employees, making false promises about the outcomes. As an employee, I felt deceived and guilty for selling a product that took advantage of vulnerable students and their families. The experience left me feeling that I worked for a fraudulent company that exploited its clients.

...eople in the upper management. As everyone who joins here leave after a month. They will hold the salary and ask to resign They want targets to be achieved from first 15 days of joining

only thing to like is 4-5 employees working while seating capacity is 100 so you can sit anywhere.

...a, you cant even talk to your colleague because CEO watching you through cctv. even after joining they will restructure your CTC and cut your half salary. its not a edtech company,they are frauds because they took money from student but dont provide them jobs ,ultimalty you will be putting yourself on risk .

Edureify is a fast-paced startup. I have got freedom to work on my way with great support from team members. Once can learn a lot right from program launch to execution.Everyone owns their things.

Dislikes

Fast-paced environment.If you are joining to just to enjoy this is not the place. High growth company need only all performing people. People may ask to leave who doesn't do their job.

Likes

They are working on the latest technologies in AI space. I was hired intern got a permanent opportunity have worked on multiple modules on freely being as fresher they have trusted me to explore and work on real products with full ownership. They have the facility to give groceries by end of the month.

Dislikes

Team transfer happen very fast if you are getting stuck.
