only thing to like is 4-5 employees working while seating capacity is 100 so you can sit anywhere.

if you want to ruin your career , this is the best place, just in 1 month you will lose all your confidence and become is the most useless person, company have nothing to do with your personal issue, they only want to keep working 12-14 hours daily also if the sales is not there your 12-14 hr hardwork is just a waste for them. littelly this is a mini big boss set, the management is so free that all the day they keep eyes on you from cctv camera, you cant even talk to your colleague because CEO watching you through cctv. even after joining they will restructure your CTC and cut your half salary. its not a edtech company,they are frauds because they took money from student but dont provide them jobs ,ultimalty you will be putting yourself on risk ....Read More

I worked in inside sales at Edureify, where my primary responsibility was selling a course priced at 3 lakh rupees. For the majority of students who couldn't afford this amount (about 95%), we facilitated loans through NBFCs under a "pay after placement" scheme. The course promised a guaranteed job with a salary of 5 lakh rupees perannum after completion, which was later downgraded to a 3 lakh rupee guarantee. However, less than 5% of students have secured any jobs, and many didn't even get internships. Despite the company's promises, most students, primarily from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, ended up with significant debt. As the loans were processed using students' and their parents' documents, banks are now pursuing repayments, leading to bounced EMIs every month. The course, which was sold for 3 lakh rupees, is available for a fraction of the price (around 5,000 rupees) on other platforms. The company misled both students and employees, making false promises about the outcomes. As an employee, I felt deceived and guilty for selling a product that took advantage of vulnerable students and their families. I have joined at Kolkata Branch at Manicasadona IT park at Newtown after joining the company they will not provide proper Training there is no trainer is available.Main Product is that FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT Course that price is 3Lakh ,more than 95% students after hearing this fee they will not move forward .They will provide job support assistant will do fake promise after completing this course students will get job up to 5 Lpa package, they have a opportunity pay after placement (NBFC)documentation they will complete and will take the money only no job students will get from Edureify. After joining 2 Month they told me I can take 1 CL per month I have taken 1 unapproval leave at that time HR Monisikta Ka..... Scoundrel cum Chamchi of Bimal she doesn't has any HR related Professionalism send me the Termination Mail.There is Main Culprit is Bimal Panmasala he control everything, very difficult to sell a course if you are not able to sell course they'll hold your salary and cut holiday also will not allow you to take CL . After joining HR will take induction at that time they will tell you if you are not able to sell the course consecutive 3 week then they will put you in PIP, no proper rules is there.Those lead they will provide you quality is very bad they don't have paying capacity.If you are thinking to join this company you should think about it....Read More

They have one of good training curriculum. It's mostly personalized based on students. I like working with them as was having freedom to choose methodology based on batches.

Dislikes

Need to take many classes as their focus on instructor led classes even they have all recording. But need to conduct live class and also need to available on weekends as well.
