No job security in eduncle...they can fire any time...they are not provided salary on time ...also eduncle management team not giving proper reply to employees...they just doing durty politics ....form past 4 month they are not giving salary also

There is nothing to write good about the company. Worst company I have ever worked with. Terrible management... Delayed salaries. They only know how to torture employees. Delayed incentives... They don't have any policies. Partial senior management... They have 2-3 favourite people. Just wasted my precious time. Anyone who is reading.... Please don't join this company. There are much better options available.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
