No training provided Care more about sales than guiding students Toxic and immature managers who only care about themselves. Absolutely rude to their subordinates. The senior counsellors or the management talks badly about everyone behind their backs. Please don’t ever join this organisation at any cost. Mr. Vikas Jain only cares about his managers

Nothing as such. You need self-motivation on every day basis to deliver the set expectations.

Unprofessionalism ; No Employees care & benefits ; High turnover / attrition rate ; Unethical business practices ; No job security at workplace ; Interim Politics ; Biasedness ; Favouritism ; No Growth Opportunities ; Poor Infrastructure !! **PS: If you're experienced folks, avoid wasting your crucial years to contribute here in any form. Neither you shall be able to broaden your learning curve nor able to fully utilised your talent & competence in any form. What surely you shall experience is no satisfaction at all levels.

Working at Edumentor for the past four months has been extremely fulfilling. Even during the relatively hectic days at work the team lead and manager have been very supportive. As a team we get enough time to let off the steam and recuperate. If a mistake is made, proper and polite guidance is given which helped to grow immensely. And most of all the seniors consider us humans and treat us accordingly, whether its about leaves or our families

Apart from one or two minimal issue, the place is absolutely a blast to work at.

There is nothing to dislike about edumentor. I really learn alot each single day and enjoy the journey with edumentor.
