Everything. Zero job security they will not hire you but they will exploit you. The salary is the worst I have ever seen in edtech companies. The work environment is so toxic that you can't get a personal space and forget about your personal life balance you will work like a robot with no personal space for grooming. Poor management, specially new joiners...they want to hire at the top management whithout seeing their out comes...all new upper management are just part of process... no more new process... every want to just timepass in this company..and show their authority..they will enjoy by pressuring the team mates and they will not do anything..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
