Everything. Zero job security they will not hire you but they will exploit you. The salary is the worst I have ever seen in edtech companies. The work environment is so toxic that you can't get a personal space and forget about your personal life balance you will work like a robot with no personal space for grooming. Job Security is - 0 Career Growth - 0 Learning - 0 Work Environment - Very Toxic Work-Life balance - Negative (You will not get any time for yourself)

No job security, they believe in hiring and firing Company went on those the time new managers were employed as they had zero experience but expert in making fools to there. Don't join this company in any position.

Poor management, specially new joiners...they want to hire at the top management whithout seeing their out comes...all new upper management are just part of process... no more new process... every want to just timepass in this company..and show their authority..they will enjoy by pressuring the team mates and they will not do anything..
