Worst company I have ever worked with. I beg every person not to join this fraud company. If you want career growth in life please look somewhere else but don't join this company.

Dislikes

Everything. Zero job security they will not hire you but they will exploit you. The salary is the worst I have ever seen in edtech companies. The work environment is so toxic that you can't get a personal space and forget about your personal life balance you will work like a robot with no personal space for grooming. Job Security is - 0 Career Growth - 0 Learning - 0 Work Environment - Very Toxic Work-Life balance - Negative (You will not get any time for yourself)

Poor management, specially new joiners...they want to hire at the top management whithout seeing their out comes...all new upper management are just part of process... no more new process... every want to just timepass in this company..and show their authority..they will enjoy by pressuring the team mates and they will not do anything..

All the new joiners who are at the head level...some are old also..who played politics and grow
