Very very torcher in office mentaly very hard torcher in office. 3yrs iam in this office noting improvement here. Work pressure stress anxiety all kind of stress you face it. Late time they give work you have to work mid night after 12clk. Worst Management they dont care about employes they want only work work like a machine. Please dont apply here

No Increment, No Bonus, No sick leave, No late time work convince, No Tea Coffee, No Benifits for employees, No medical Leave, No leave. No Canteen. There is no facilities in this office.

There is a lot of confussion in project and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no appraisal and career growth is nothing. On the job training is nothing because know one knows about project standard and guidelines, that company seniors also work lika a freshers. Totally wasted.

Its a very great space for freshers to grow and learn what the industry is all about and how it feels to be in the driver seat sometimes.

Very bad job security, after 2 years there's is nothing to learn or look forward to.

The culture, office environment and colleagues are great here. We get benefits like Health Insurance and PF, it is a great place to work. Company gives opportunity, power and responsibilities as a fresher so that you can explore and learn to implement your knowledge.

The only thing I like is that there is a platform to grow only if you are capable enough to completely forget your personal life and give everything, every bit of time here.

there is a lack of hierarchy. one person has to do all the jobs and gets paid minimum. Project management is worse; if you try to implement your ideas, you are shut down by the director. sometimes top management acts like a tyrant, doing whatever he pleases to be good.
