Very very worst and bad office Edufic Digital. Dont apply here freshers and experience also dont come here your dont waste your life. Very very torcher in office mentaly very hard torcher in office. 3yrs iam in this office noting improvement here. Work pressure stress anxiety all kind of stress you face it. Late time they give work you have to work mid night after 12clk. Worst Management they dont care about employes they want only work work like a machine. Please dont apply here

No Increment, No Bonus, No sick leave, No late time work convince, No Tea Coffee, No Benifits for employees, No medical Leave, No leave. No Canteen. There is no facilities in this office.

There is a lot of confussion in project and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no appraisal and career growth is nothing. On the job training is nothing because know one knows about project standard and guidelines, that company seniors also work lika a freshers. Totally wasted.

My experience with Edufic Digital has been nothing short of frustrating. The management is completely unorganized, unresponsive, and lacks professionalism. Communication is poor, and getting anything done feels like an uphill battle. The work environment is chaotic, and there is no respect for employees or proper processes. Overall, a highly disappointing and painful experience. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this company in any capacity.

No work from home, Increment, Politics and need to work fast. They give a project and ask to finish in a day.... It's not a good place If you want to enrich your skills.

Its a very great space for freshers to grow and learn what the industry is all about and how it feels to be in the driver seat sometimes.

Very bad job security, after 2 years there's is nothing to learn or look forward to.
