Abhishek Banerjee alongwith Sanchita provides work to people and then doesn't pay Oindrilla alongwith her is one of the staff members who dances on Sanchita's tune After giving work, they say many works have failed (but were incapable to show the failed reports) There are many employees who have not received payment from Sanchita Sanchita will choose freshers and people who need work and then does not pay I have heard that she even blocks people so that people cannot reach her for payment Sanchita tries to get personal and tries to understand the financial background and then deducts money.

Initially they gave me opportunity to learn and grow which is helping me now.

Dislikes

...balance, for their own benefit they will burden you with works even at midnight. They don't respect personal life, salary would not credit on time. They will take extra work load for employees everyday, and when the quality decreases they will deduct that from the salary.

The topics being shared are valuable. We geert to explore subjects from various field that are a little bit to our knowledge stream.

Dislikes

After submission when we get the ratings from clients with extreme satisfaction, it seems most prestigious warmth to our work.

Certainly I do not have any likings towards the company much but yes I had a great manager and co-workers with whom I had a great working experience.

Dislikes

No job security is there as the management do not give you second chance for improvement. No career growth as learning scope. Work-life balance is terrible as I had been working from Home and so they used to ask me to work even after working hours.

I learned a lot of experience how to write a good assignment work.

Dislikes

Overall it was good but time management was the problem that I face,for others it may be different. If they can give more time then everyone would have the best experience.
