Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working here is good because of compensation only. Else you would not find another reason to work here. But yes, you will learn how to manage unnecessary extreme pressure here.

Dislikes

The only thing is bad in this company is job safety. Suppose you came in morning and they ask you to submit your laptop and now you are relieved with intimidate effect that is also because of politics fight between top management and partners.

...ees' individual growth, for which it provides ample opportunities at every step. Salary, compensation & appraisals are credited on time. Employees' concerns and suggestions are always taken into consideration. Very ethical working and no illogical targets are assigned.

Dislikes

Concalls during working hours is the only thing that can be looked upon. Although, it did not happen very often, but whenever it did, it was mostly mornings which hampered the work.
