No promotions , no salary hike , all useless engineers together at one place in edtech, zero knowledge and they are teachers for our future iitians, uper se niche sab paisa banana ke chakkar mei, CEO ko fool karna their moto. 9 hrs ka time pass air conditioned office mei , all busy in watching web series from HR to director Hey God save our country from director and HR Creative head, distinguished authorities of this edtech. At first it was great working in eduauraa learn things and definetly get more to learn

Low salary, no increment in salary, work given as per project and once project is over they throw employed out like thrash

... down on and were separated so much so that we couldn't even look at each other. The HR was never attending to the employee and made ample mistakes while generating salary.

The company want to grow as fast as possible and its adapting latest tech fastly.

Dislikes

...is no job security at all, they will fire you when they think your work is done. Salary and compensation is not up to the mark and not on time. Work life balance is terrible as you will not have any time for your personal things. company has the ability to give you time for learning new things but politics is also there. 1/2 star out of 5.

...rs of work. Job insecurity at low to medium level. The HR is really incompetent. Delay is salaries and unwanted cut in salary even after having funds.
