Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 1. Very good training. 2. Flexibility and full support of the foundation team. 3. Working on the ground & learning hard-core business development. 4. Remuneration was less but as an Intern it was worth it. I learned a lot and got selected full-time in another company. My confidence was high after this internship.

Dislikes

The training is awesome. I liked everything except working on pending leads. There were so many leads but the senior salesperson was busy in getting more leads.
