Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. Very good training. 2. Flexibility and full support of the foundation team. 3. Working on the ground & learning hard-core business development. 4. Remuneration was less but as an Intern it was worth it. I learned a lot and got selected full-time in another company. My confidence was high after this internship.

The training is awesome. I liked everything except working on pending leads. There were so many leads but the senior salesperson was busy in getting more leads.
