Best culture, flexibel working hours, good leaning exposure, pair programming with leaders and teammates, quality review, good exposure while working with usa/uk based clients.

Bit long notice period but the best part is that’s negotiable.

Likes

The young and vibrant team and work environment, with ample opportunities to learn and grow. Ample growth and travel opportunities, with clientele across the globe. The company provides a great platform to showcase technical and soft skills, and nurtures these skills in employees. One finds the workplace to be at home, at the same time challenging ones technical capabilities. Employee work visibility is much higher, offering easier growth. The client interaction with North American, GCC and Indian clients gives much needed exposure of the global market needs.

Dislikes

The company is a startup, and hence there is understandable work pressures with strict deadlines, much unlike big organizations.

Nothing to say good. Only things are the colleagues worked are good.

Dislikes

No Office (House has taken for rent as office), Less Salary Appraisal, No Entertainment, No travel, No Dinner with company expense (Have Dinner with employee's salary), No Proper Management etc.
