Nothing. Although your job is relatively secure, you won't want to keep working. Besides, if the boss knows about your private life, for instance she knws that u need the job, she'll use it against you and basically threaten you. Pros- you may get to work with a super amicable, understanding set of colleagues .. you get TWO SATURDAYS off in a month (when it's not the peak period) [pun super intended]

...hey have paid leaves, but in essence they dont. its a big flex. 5. no perks. no perks, no bonus, no incentive (although whe might pitch it during your interview) 6. no work from home policy 7. the company's like a 20 yaar old startup - you dont have a singular job profile 8. the company has no macromanagement, only micromanagement 9. everyday morning meetings good luck. there will be 25% work talk... the boss will discuss your to do list and then disregard it and give you work that she wants you to do, futile absolutely futile 10. Professionalism = Hahahahahahahahaha 11. The only festival celebrated here is Diwali 12. No holiday on Christmas (horrible holiday policies) 13. There's no HR in the office and no meetings/discussions to address employees' grievances. Employees are just not treated well.

The company does not have organization, leadership, and healthy work environment. The boss is extremely toxic, self centred, and callous. Unrealistically targets are set and the writers are criticised and humiliated.
